Can the establishment of a Citizens Budget for the Arts increase public involvement in the arts? And if so, can experiment, diversity and quality be guaranteed?

If you would like to play an active role in finding new ways to finance the Arts and engage in a discussion about how the participation of the greater society in Arts can grow in the future or are you just curious? Please come to the next BAU Meeting for the debate The Art of a Citizens Budget and add your voice!
