Chi-Kung is a Chinese training that is basically good for everything! It is open for everybody who likes to join: artists, producers, cultural workers, audience members, neighbours – everyone is welcome.
Wikipedia says that Chi Kung is "a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, chi kung is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance chi, translated as 'life energy'." But of course Jon has his own take on it and always stresses "we shouldn't be taking it too serious...".
Weekly Chi Kung sessions will take place from January 20 and you can participate for € 5 per session or free if you are a Housemate.
