Chi Kung is a Chinese training that is based on balance. The sessions are open for everybody who likes to join: artists, producers, cultural workers, audience members, neighbours – everyone is welcome.
Chi Kung is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, chi kung is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance chi, translated as 'life energy'.
Weekly Chi Kung sessions will take place from January 20 and you can participate for € 5 per session or free if you are a Housemate.
